PAYMENT OPTIONS
We bill accounts mid-day on the last business day of the month. To avoid finance charges or interruption of service, your payments must be posted on the 26th of the month following your initial billing period.
Our on-line bill site features include:
- One-time payments from your credit card or checking account.
- Set up recurring payments to be paid when your bill arrives.
- View and manage your bills on-line.
- Receive email bill and payment notifications
Automated Payment Phone Line. Call 800-457-1379 You will need your account and invoice number.
US Postal Service If you are mailing your payment to our Pasadena payment facility, please allow two weeks for processing. Include all your payment receipts to avoid delays in processing.
